The hotel staff was great good ethic skills very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff exceptionally great and helpful and patient provided good needed information nice smiles very friendly some places the staff are very mean and don't like to help once you pay out your money but Arizona Charlie's on boulder hwy has improved and very nice very good. Good place to stay

Staff upgraded the room to a suite for no extra charge, even though they included almost a 30$ hidden fee. Meal was more pricey than announced on posters but still good. Room very comfortable, good for a bunch of friends to stay in, but no power outlets makes it difficult to stay here, especially for several nights.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in our room. The AC was on when we got in, which we appreciated because of the heat. Easy accessibility to the room, near the elevator, and the parking area.
